Where Irani cafés fuel big dreams and the biryani debate never ends. LFC Hyderabad plates up slow-cooked stories, secret spice blends, and a warmth that always feeds you more than you asked for.

WHERE WE MET
Loco Community in Secunderabad is an experimental coworking space where creativity, collaboration, and self-organised events take place in a relaxed, open atmosphere.
My mind was blown with such creative ideas with leftovers. There’s so much to learn! I jokingly mentioned that today’s meetup might be the most practical and valuable, because I stare into the abyss of my fridge every day and eventually end up putting eggs on my vegetables,so I might take away some new ideas. Now I have so many, and I am definitely going to try some of them. Until next time!

What We Loved
Orange Peel Chutney—a bright, bitter-sweet condiment that can be made by blanching citrus peels and grinding them with chillies, spices, and a touch of jaggery.
A fun experiment to take leftover peels and turn them into bite size kebabs.
Day-old rice tossed with fresh coconut, curry leaves, mustard seeds, and green chillies. Light, fragrant, and comforting, it’s an easy way to turn leftover rice into something fresh and flavourful.
