MyBoTree in Koramangala, Bengaluru, is a community space that sparks connections through hosting workshops, meetups, performances, and purpose-driven experiences.
The Banarasi Chura Matar by Anushree—a classic snack from Varanasi made with flattened rice, green peas, and mild spices.
Jackfruit Gatti by Deepthi, a traditional delicacy from coastal Karnataka, which was made with ripe jackfruit pulp and rice flour. These steamed dumplings are sweet, earthy, and fragrant.
Rainy day favourites assembled on the LFC Bengaluru plate, featuring Samosas, Breadfruit Fry, Fried Chura and more.

Indrani Mukherjee is an epicure at heart and a food technologist by training. Her culinary expertise spans from chocolate to beverages, including working with the likes of Paul & Mike, Hershey’s, and Blue Tokai. Whether it is exploring new flavour twists or running tasting trials—she is always ready to dive in.
What does local mean to you?
‘Local’ means clean, seasonally aligned, and unique to my surroundings. In short, a hidden gem.

Momos made by mum for my school tiffin-box.

Cheese made from Yak milk.
