What We Loved

A chit listing the random leftovers for the ‘Love Your Leftovers’ challenge—the starting point for reimagining scraps into a complete meal.

Seyal Roti, a Sindhi comfort dish where leftover rotis are torn and simmered in a spiced tomato-onion gravy with cumin and chillies. 

Bamboo Shoot Nimki, a playful twist on the classic Namak Para, where finely chopped bamboo shoots are folded into the dough, then fried into crisp, flaky bites.
