It was such a wonderful meetup today. So many stories, so much laughter, so much fun over yummy street food. A shoutout to our lovely host Shravan for running the entire show so smoothly.

What We Loved
Bhutte ka Kees is a traditional street and home-style dish from the Malwa region of Madhya Pradesh, made by slow-cooking grated fresh corn with milk, green chillies, mustard seeds, and a touch of sugar.
Moong Pakore are fritters made from ground moong dal batter spiced with ginger, chillies, and cumin, then fried till crisp. They are a classic monsoon snack across India.
A Bombay Sandwich is layers of buttered bread stacked with cucumber, tomato, beetroot, boiled potato, green chutney, and a dusting of chaat masala. Perfectly balanced—it is Mumbai’s most iconic sandwich, recreated here for the LFC meetup.
