What We Loved

Sundal—a South Indian snack, especially popular in Tamil Nadu, made by boiling legumes like chickpeas, peanuts, or beans and tempering them with mustard seeds, curry leaves, chillies, and grated coconut. 

Panikoorka Baji is a crispy snack from Kerala made by dipping fresh, thick Indian borage (Plectranthus amboinicus) leaves into a spiced chickpea flour batter and deep-frying them until golden brown.

A classic peanut chaat—one of the most versatile snacks as it can be modified and tempered with spices and vegetables according to different tastes and regions.
