What We Loved

Dhenkanal Bara is a crispy and savoury snack from Odisha, renowned in the town of Dhenkanal. Primarily made from black gram and rice flour, these fritters are often served with hot, spicy potato curry or chana.

A board filled with pledges on how attendees plan to support local food producers, alongside handwritten recommendations for neighbourhood markets worth showing up to.

A beautiful LFC on a terrace at sunset, where attendees sat on mats, gathered close in an intimate circle as the sky shifted colours around them.
