Ala sambhad! At LFC Ahmedabad, food is never just food. It’s where connections simmer, Sundays are for jalebi-fafda, and chai is served at crowded pols. Bring a dish, pour the chaas, and feast on more than just food.

WHERE WE MET
Mould, in Ahmedabad, is a vibrant café-gallery space blending creative workshops, art exhibits, and cozy coffee corners into a welcoming artistic hub.
It was a beautiful evening at Mould Cafe, with great conversations. We shared information about our sensibilities towards food producers—who they are, where they are, how they fit in our day to day life and yet, are almost forgotten. Hats off to the members for their effort to prepare and bring food for all of us. The information sharing, recipe sharing, motivation to go on trips and cook together, all the sharing of emotions and insights was such an amazing experience! Looking forward to many more gatherings.

What We Loved
Dhebra are Gujarati fried flatbreads made from wheat or bajra flour, spices, and often methi or leftover vegetables.
Athela Marcha is a Gujarati-style green chilli relish where whole chillies are lightly cooked with mustard, fenugreek, turmeric, and oil.
