October: No Scraps Left Behind
In October, the Local Food Club took on the theme, ‘No Scraps Left Behind’, turning peels, stems, odd and ends into seriously good food. Members swapped tricks, cooked with what most people bin, and proved that flavour can often hide in the scraps.
