Harvested along the Malabar coast in Kerala, these vanilla beans have a favourably high moisture content, making them aromatic and easy to work with.

These beans boast an exceptional vanillin content of 1.5-2 per cent.
Infuse a small amount of the pulp from the beans into milk, and use the flavoured milk to make baked goods, or custard. You can also use the milk to make a vanilla latte!
