Most of this honey crystallises naturally, making it easy to spread. Moreover, to ensure transparency and traceability, the bottle includes the exact source of origin along with its GPS coordinates.
Stir the honey into tea or milk, drizzle it over toast, or add it to breakfast bowls. Its lighter, more citrusy profile makes it easy to use across both sweet and savoury dishes, from dressings and marinades to a quick drizzle over fruit or curd.
The Moonshine Honey Project, a subsidiary of Moonshine Meadery, sources natural honey from beekeepers in Rajasthan, and a few areas of Haryana. They also work on reviving bee populations of the native Indian Honey Bee that they house in stationary bee boxes near their factory in Pune, Maharashtra.
