These pods are GI tagged, with a circumference of more than 8 mm, and have unique lemon and mint undertones. Given that the cardamom cloves are very brittle, they are all picked and sorted by hand.
Its unique lemon and mint undertones make it a perfect pick for Indian sweets. To extract as much flavour as possible, peel the pods and grind the seeds. The cloves can be used to boil into masala chai.
