With 70% cocoa and a high proportion of cocoa butter, this chocolate has a particularly smooth, silky texture that melts easily on the palate. We like that its bitterness is present without being overwhelming, making it an approachable dark chocolate while still allowing the flavour of the cocoa to come through.
