Ishani Banerjee | Culinary Research and Outreach Coordinator
Ishani is a trained chef with a degree in English literature and a passion for storytelling. Having lived in Delhi her whole life, she romanticises every corner of the city—especially its food. Some of her fondest memories, whether with loved ones or from traveling, revolve around food—an incredible way to discover people and places. She wants to explore what food means across India’s many contexts while amplifying sustainable food systems. Outside of work, she’s obsessed with old Hindi cinema (she’d die for Guru Dutt, Ray, and Ghatak, but also for Shah Rukh Khan) and spends hours doodling in secret.
