Made with camel milk, this creamy and mildly sour cheese has a spicy kick from green chillies.

The cream cheese is spiced with locally sourced garlic and chillies.
Spread onto toast, crackers, or sandwiches where its tang and spice can come through. You can also pair it with traditional bajra roti. It also works well as a dip alongside simple snacks or vegetables. Because of its bold, garlicky profile, a little goes a long way. Our favourite way is to use it as a base for a tangy yoghurt dip—mixed with some fresh coriander and a touch of Rajasthani mustard oil.
Camel Charisma aims to preserve traditional camel herding culture, and conserve the desert ecosystem in Rajasthan by developing and promoting products made out of camel milk. They source all raw materials from the Raika community moving within a 40-50 kilometre radius of Sadri, where they are based.
