Made from fermented mustard seeds, Desi Kasundi is a fiery mustard sauce with an intense pungency that sets it apart from milder mustard sauces.

Its bold, piquant taste is balanced by a hint of tanginess. 

Use it in small amounts as a condiment, alongside snacks, in sandwiches, or with meals. It works especially well with fried foods, vegetables, or meats, and can also be mixed into dressings or marinades when you want a strong, pungent kick. It can be used in place of other mustards, including English mustard, but start with a little, it can get quite strong very quickly.
