The bees pollinate from the diverse flowers available in the Nilgiri Biosphere Reserve, giving the honey unique colors and benefits. The flavour of this honey changes with the seasons, reflecting the bees’ environment.
Drizzle it over toast, fruit, or yoghurt, or stir it into warm water or tea. Its flavour can vary slightly from batch to batch, so it works best when used simply, rather than mixed into heavier preparations.
