These black raisins, with a hint of sourness, taste a lot like prunes. They are juicier and more plump in texture compared to commercially available alternatives.
Add them to everyday dishes like poha, pulao, or kheer. They also work well in snacks like chivda or laddoos, or soaked and added to porridge or breakfast bowls for a softer texture and deeper sweetness. However, our favourite way to enjoy them is as a delicious morning or evening snack all by itself.
