Umrani Farms’ brown raisins are darker in colour than the commercially available golden raisins because they are sun-dried, and not chemically treated.

Have them on their own as a quick snack, or add them to everyday dishes like poha or sheera, a sweet made from semolina, for a touch of sweetness. They also work well in simple bakes, laddoos, or mixed into breakfast bowls, mueslis, and oats.
These raisins are more balanced in sweetness and have a flavour akin to dried apricots.
