King Chilli, also known as Raja Mircha or Bhut Jholokia is considered as one of the hottest chilli in the world. This pickle exceptionally handles its spice in an enticing manner.
Use it in very small amounts as a condiment, alongside rice, curries, or everyday meals. It pairs especially well with simple dishes like dal and rice, where the heat and flavour can stand out. Start with half a teaspoon or less and build slowly, the heat is much stronger than it looks.
