Harshita Lalwani  | Marketing Lead

Harshita is a digital marketer and writer with a background in book publishing and working on sustainable food systems campaigns. Working on book campaigns across organic food & farming, nature writing, local food systems and fermentation became as much a passion project as it did a philosophy or way of life. This culminated in briefly working on freelance projects to support local food businesses and then ultimately in a full-time role at The Locavore. She also writes a newsletter on Sindhi food culture and heritage and waxes lyrical about its preservation and culinary influences while also conducting independent research on the intersection of food, gender, history and geopolitics.
