This well-rounded medium roast coffee is a blend of washed Arabica and Robusta beans grown on Native and Naturals’ farm in Devarunda, 912 metres above sea level.
You’ll be buying directly from the producer. The Locavore does not handle orders, payments, delivery, or customer support.
It has an intense earthy flavour reminiscent of the soil or forest floor with notes of toffee, honey, and mild acidity of grapefruit.
Brew it the way you prefer your coffee, whether as filter coffee, a pour-over, or an espresso. It works well as an everyday cup, balanced enough to have on its own or with a little milk, depending on how you like your coffee.
Native and Natural relies on naturally available resources to grow their coffee, which involves converting any waste generated at the stage of pulping coffee fruits into compost, and maintaining native varieties of trees such as jackfruit, jamun, and soap nut that provide ample shade for the coffee plants.
